At Qayem, every piece is handmade with care and carefully packaged to reach
you in perfect condition. Because our products are delicate and often
one-of-a-kind, we follow a special policy to ensure fairness for both our
customers and our artisans.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We accept returns on the same day of delivery. Please inspect your order
carefully upon receiving it and contact us immediately if you notice any issues.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10
business days.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges within 3 days of delivery. This applies only on items that
are
● Unused and in original, sellable condition
● In original packaging
● Returned with proof of purchase

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us upon receiving it on
+01023353260 Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, in cases of damage or error on our part. Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

● Custom or personalized items
● Gift cards
Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for change of mind or accidental
damage after delivery. Once an item is received in good condition, any damage
caused afterward cannot be replaced or refunded, as our products are fragile and
cannot be resold.
